On December 9, Director of ICUnet India Suryaa Pawar had the opportunity of being invited as a Guest Speaker at College of Agricultural Banking – Reserve Bank of India, Pune Campus.
It was a part of a 2 days intensive workshop on Communication Skills for their mid-level and Senior Banking officers.

The participants were interactive and shared their thoughts and also raised questions which made the session engaging.
They also touched upon the concepts in brief about the experts on this subject like Geert Hofstede, Erin Myers, Richard Lewis and Fons Trompenaars and shared names of a few books for them to read on post the session.
